I got the final results from yesterday's indoor time trial. After the one guy beat me, nobody else did. So that means second overall. While it might not be a real win, I really did win a pair of sweet Assos bib shorts that I would never have in my life, because they cost far too much money and are far more luxurious than anything I own or deserve. The bibs are definitely the most valuable thing I've gotten racing my bicycle. They're like swaddling your butt in gold and linen.

Mazel tov! Though swaddling your butt in gold would be heavy and you'd lose your streamlining.
