Goooooooooaaaaaaaallllllllllllllll!

Our camera is officially dead, so unless someone else takes some pictures of Niv, you get none. That is until we get a new camera. We may have a few unreleased pictures in the archives that might make it here too.

I hope you didn't miss the last group game for the US in the World Cup. And if you haven't heard about it you must live under a rock. Or a Nascar track. It was incredibly dramatic, exciting sport. I went from melancholic disbelief to elated disbelief. Amazing. Now go watch the rest of the World Cup if you aren't already. It has been an amazing Cup, despite some human error on the part of the officials.

And now your environmental tip of the day: If you leave your car running without driving it you're doing the wrong thing. I see multiple people do it every day. They think by shutting the engine down and restarting it saves gas (or maybe they're too weak to turn the ignition multiple times). If you idle for more than 10 seconds you're wasting fuel. An even better solution is to not drive at all. That's the best way to stick it to BP (and Exxon and Shell and everyone else).
